  2. Hi Mrs Dijkstra, I am also very grateful for our Police and Medical heroes who have to leave their bubbles and help protect us too.

I can't wait to see how you will group your puzzle pieces, I am also looking forward to seeing any students counting too. I would love to share any learning on the Maths Blog as well, it will inspire students from other classes.

    Have a wonderful day,
    Be kind, Be safe

  3. Kai ora Room 24. Well done Mrs Dijkstra on your wonderfully detailed posts and video. I loved reading about and seeing all the wonderful work you have all been doing in your distance learning. Science is one of my favourite subjects and I was fascinated to see the interesting experiments that Carina, Elizabeth and Isabelle have done, as well as the research that Sasindu has done about space. Olive and Isabelle are so creative with their constructions. Well done to you all. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Oh my word! I love your Olaf! Where did you get him from? I love him! It sounds like your learners have been sharing some amazing work with you! My sister is a midwife and my brother-in-law is a police sergeant. They are some of our essential workers too. Community heroes!

  5. The Very Hungry Caterpillar - one of my favourites. My next job is to check on Room 24's work that has been shared. Always exciting to see what is there!

  8. All of our essential workers are doing an amazing job of supporting their communities. The assistants at my local supermarket continue to be helpful and friendly even though they are extremely busy. I am so grateful for their hard work.
